ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial function by streamlining processes, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of our sales operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Coordinate day‑to‑day commercial operations across sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
* Manage CRM data integrity, track pipeline progress, and generate regular performance reports
* Support quote management, proposal preparation, and customer onboarding processes
* Partner with service, supply chain, and finance teams to drive operational alignment and resolve bottlenecks
* Identify process improvements to increase commercial efficiency and scalability
* Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or a similar role
* Background in biotechnologies, pharmaceuticals, microscopy, or life sciences is preferred
* Proficiency with CRM and ERP platforms
* Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data accuracy and reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in English; other languages is a plus
