We are seeking an experienced Rental Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of the Europe Rental Key Account Program. In this role, you will work closely with Cat Dealers in South-West Europe to build a portfolio of new business and develop existing accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between the Cat dealer network and customer accounts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and Dealer revenue growth. This involves tasks such as identifying industry segments with strong growth potential, developing a deep understanding of specific segments' value chain, rental needs, and decision-making process, working with dealers to identify and qualify new account opportunities, and offering qualified accounts to join the Europe Rental Key Account Program.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts by establishing long-term strategic relationships with customers, identifying business needs and problems, following up on relevant customer rental leads to ensure dealers are delivering Key Account Program benefits, providing dealers with key customer insights to improve service levels and help make informed commercial decisions, and having regular business reviews with assigned accounts to collect customer feedback, identify future project needs, and resolve any outstanding issues.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong customer focus, industry knowledge, decision-making and critical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, negotiation skills, relationship management capabilities, account management expertise, and value selling knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have progressive experience in Key Account Management with large international customers, primarily in the rental and/or construction equipment industry, excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, a proven track record of sales success with documented results, ability to be a change agent, flexibility to adapt to program expansion, strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence others and achieve goals, desire to contribute to the company culture and uphold core values, experience in contractual relationships with end-customers and distribution dealers in Europe, strong time management, project management, and organization skills, and understanding of/dealer or distributor business models.
