This role focuses on elevating a luxury fashion brand’s online presence and driving e-commerce sales through Instagram and other social media platforms. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and convert followers into customers. The position requires a strong understanding of social commerce, content creation, and paid advertising, with a particular emphasis on Instagram Shop and related e-commerce integrations. Deliverables
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to luxury fashion e-commerce
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Instagram and other relevant platforms
Optimize product listings and visibility on Instagram Shop and, if applicable, TikTok Shop or Shopify
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
Monitor analytics and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing social media for e-commerce brands, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector
Proficiency with Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, and/or Shopify
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling
Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
Excellent communication and community management skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
Portfolio or examples of past work and measurable outcomes
