Job Description Create and implement new processes and guidelines related to Marketing Controlling. Ensure compliance of marketing with internal/external regulations and budgets. Establish a process that guarantees the review of marketing, coverage of key risks, and complete due diligence before any inventory of marketing stocks (events, gifts, visual merchandising). Analyze the costs of marketing projects and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency. Evaluate the profitability of campaigns (ROI, KPI) and propose solutions and accompany those related to quality, production, marketing, logistics, and management procedures. Profile Required Master's degree in marketing, finance, controlling, business, or equivalent field. Minimum of 5 years experience in controlling, marketing, or auditing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Power BI or other reporting tools. Knowledge in finance and accounting. Good understanding of processes. Skills Required Ease and ability to work with different solutions, rigor, discretion, proactive mindset, and a sense of responsibility.
