Your responsibilities
As an Internship VIP Relations Europe, you'll be the friendly face behind the
scenes, ensuring our VIP guests have an unforgettable experience at the Basel
show. Here's what you'll be up to:
From pre-show preparations to post-show follow-ups, you'll provide valuable
administrative assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Whether it's handling correspondence, managing VIP requests, or
organizing meetings, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things organized
and efficient (regional and global).
You'll be supporting the event organization and play a key role in managing
guest lists, RSVPs, and invitations, making sure our VIPs feel welcomed
(including Dîner Campagnard and Discovery Program)
CRM support with data entry, edit, update, and VIP designation, Designation
bowl’s clean-up for all AB shows during designation period with galleries
and museums
From handling inquiries to troubleshooting digital access issues, you'll be on
hand to provide timely and helpful assistance to our VIPs.
During the ABB show week, you'll be stationed at the VIP desk, ready to
assist guests and ensure their needs are met.
Your profile
Whether you've completed an apprenticeship, bachelor's, or master's
degree, or gained equivalent experience, we're looking for someone with a
background in client development, business administration, marketing, or
communication.
You have an interest in the contemporary art world – after all, you'll be
immersed in it!
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for
providing top-notch service to our VIP guests.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are key, along with the ability
to effectively communicate in German and English. Knowledge of French
and other languages is a bonus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software is important,
along with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
We operate in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work well under
pressure and adhere to strict deadlines is crucial.
