RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Scientist – Perfumery Compounding – GC analyst, you are responsible for compounding, analysis, interpretation
You will compound perfume oils, manage raw material stocks, and perform chromatographic analyses (GC/GC‑MS) to ensure quality and support fragrance development projects.
Your main focus:
* Prepare and weigh fragrance raw materials according to perfumers' compositions.
* Manage and control stock levels, quality, and traceability of ingredients.
* Perform and interpret chromatographic analyses (GC/GC‑MS) on raw materials and finished perfumes.
* Organize and document olfactory evaluation sessions and internal panels.
* Coordinate logistics for samples and shipments (DHL), ensuring timely project delivery.

The team consists of 4 people reporting to the Director Technical Perfumery, and you will work closely with departments such as Product Development, Fragrance Design, Sensory, and Regulatory.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to handle fragrance raw materials and uncover their secrets through rigorous analysis and curiosity.
As an experienced Scientist – Perfumery Compounding – GC Analyst, you combine precision and autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment.
Other than that, you:
* Master GC/GC‑MS techniques and can interpret analytical results confidently
* Have strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials and organic chemistry
* Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Bring experience in compounding and sampling within a perfumery context
