This role will lead social strategy, content planning, and community engagement across owned channels to build brand affinity, drive direct bookings, and enhance guest experience. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, creative, operations, and revenue teams to deliver measurable social campaigns tailored to hospitality audiences and seasonal business needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute social media strategies and content plans across channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to meet brand, marketing, and commercial objectives. /li liCreate, curate, and schedule platform-optimized content — static posts, carousels, short-form video (Reels/Shorts/TikTok), stories, livestreams, and paid media assets — aligned with brand voice and visual guidelines. /li liLead community management: respond to comments and messages, moderate conversations, elevate guest issues to operations, and foster positive guest relationships online. /li liCollaborate with creative, video, photography, and copy teams to produce engaging content briefs, shot lists, and post‑production requirements for on‑property and studio shoots. /li liPlan and execute social‑first campaigns for launches, seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies when needed. /li liManage social media advertising campaigns in coordination with paid media specialists: audience targeting, budget pacing, creative testing, and performance optimization. /li liMonitor and analyze channel performance and campaign ROI using native analytics and third‑party tools; produce regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion. /li liMaintain and enforce brand voice, content standards, and platform best practices; ensure all content meets legal/compliance requirements (image releases, music rights, disclosure). /li liStay current on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity; recommend new formats, partnerships, influencer strategies, and content experiments to drive growth. /li liBuild and manage a content calendar, asset libraries, and post templates to ensure efficient production and consistent execution across multiple hotel and hospitality brands. /li liCoordinate influencer and creator partnerships: outreach, briefing, content review, contract requirements, and measurement of campaign outcomes. /li liMentor junior social specialists or interns, share best practices, and contribute to team training to raise overall capability and creativity. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liMinimum 3–5 years of hands‑on social media experience, ideally in marketing or hospitality sectors managing brand and community initiatives. /li liProven track record creating social‑first content and managing campaigns that drive engagement and commercial results. /li liStrong knowledge of platform best practices, content formats, publishing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later), and social analytics (native and third‑party). /li liExperience with basic content production: briefing photographers/videographers, editing short‑form video, and applying captions/subtitles. /li liFamiliarity with paid social advertising, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for brand storytelling and copy tailored to diverse audiences. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, and stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced environment. /li liAnalytical mindset with experience translating metrics into strategic recommendations and clear reporting for stakeholders. /li liExperience working with influencers, creators, or agencies and managing partnership deliverables and contracts. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally for on‑site shoots, property visits, and events as required. /li /ul h3Why Join Asiacruit /h3 ul liHybrid work setup offering flexibility and work‑life balance. /li liWork with a diverse, talented team in a collaborative environment supporting hospitality clients across the region. /li liOpportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and exposure to high‑impact brand campaigns. /li liCompetitive compensation package with performance‑based incentives. /li liA culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. /li /ul pReady to make an impact?
