* You take full ownership of the development and overall performance of the Swiss business, while identifying targeted opportunities in selected neighboring markets.
* You drive sustainable growth across Retail, Foodservice, Wholesale, Catering and Industrial channels, with a strong strategic focus on developing and securing national key accounts.
* You develop new commercial partnerships, lead high-level negotiations and ensure the acquisition of high-potential customers.
* You define and execute the commercial strategy, business plans and budgets, ensuring the achievement of revenue, volume and margin objectives.
* You manage national tenders and coordinate product launches in close collaboration with marketing, production and procurement teams.
* You oversee demand planning, analyze performance, competition and market trends, and identify levers for sustainable growth.
* You work closely with executive management and international teams, actively contributing to commercial excellence initiatives and cross-functional projects.
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail business development and managing strategic key accounts in Switzerland.
* You demonstrate strong expertise in Key Account Management, tender management, and the acquisition of high value-added new customers.
* You are fluent in German (C1) and English (C1); French is a strong asset.
* You demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of autonomy, and a clear results-driven approach.
