We are looking for an E-commerce Operations & Finance Support.
Main responsibilities:
* Managing RMA refunds and vouchers for EU/US/AM/APAC regions through different payment providers such as Adyen, PayPal Express, and Coinify
* Managing and monitoring chargeback cases, including investigations and coordination with internal teams and payment providers
* Weekly review of B2C returns and verification of related credit notes
* Issuing credit notes for COD and bank transfer orders
* Managing DOA (denial of acceptance) cases and issuing the related credit notes
* Monitoring open items together with the finance team, including COD payment tracking
* Preparing operational reports for couriers (UPS/DHL) and following up on shipment investigations and updates
* Managing IDL requests, including advice handling and investigations related to unknown boxes
* Preparing analyses and supporting documentation for finance audit purposes
* Managing order cancellations in case of system errors
* Supporting process improvements and operational automation activities
