Overview
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers). Our centers deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. They offer local‑based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your work will involve collaborating with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies. You will accelerate impact and influence meaningful change for clients through a strategic partner ecosystem, robust technology platforms, and IBM software including Red Hat.
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentum D2 Consultant with strong expertise in Documentum D2, D2‑Config, and Documentum Administrator (DA). The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience configuring, customizing, administering, and supporting enterprise‑level Documentum solutions. Experience with Java‑based customization is an advantage.
* Configure, customize, administer, and support OpenText Documentum D2 environments
* Manage and maintain Documentum Content Server (version 20+)
* Perform repository management and administration activities
* Configure object types, attributes, ACLs, and security models
* Develop and maintain methods, jobs, and TBO‑related components
* Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
* Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver effective ECM solutions
* Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
* Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and end users

Required education
Bachelor’s Degree

* Excellent communication skills in French and English
* Swiss or EU nationality, or Valid Swiss work permit
