We are looking for a BIM/HVAC Revit Modeler (H/F) to support our projects in Switzerland.
Your job responsibilities
* Deliver discrete packages of work under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or Senior Technician.
* Produce accurate 2D and 3D models for mechanical building services using AutoCAD and Revit.
* Develop and update coordinated BIM models, drawings, and documentation for HVAC, heating/cooling, ventilation, and sanitary systems.
* Ensure the coordination of mechanical systems with structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines.
* Support clash detection processes and propose technical adjustments when required.
* Contribute to design reviews and installation checks throughout all project phases.
* Maintain consistency and compliance of all deliverables with Swiss norms and client standards.
Your profile & personality
* Degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or equivalent.
* High level of proficiency with multiple years of experience in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D and Revit as a minimum.
* Basic technical experience in the use of Revit MEP.
* Understanding coordination and installation of Mechanical Building Services systems including HVAC, heating/cooling, sanitary and their interfaces with other building disciplines.
