You will play a key role in structuring and scaling EPoS' commercial operations activities.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow sales by developing new customers through proactive inside sales activities and coordinating sales operations from the officeIdentify, prospect, and acquire new customers by promoting technical solutionsManage front office activities and sales administration, ensuring consistent follow-up on opportunities and actionsContribute to the deployment of the e-commerce platform and take ownership of its day-to-day management after launchProfileSuccessful experience of at least 3 years in front office and/or sales, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in sales operations and administration, and exposure to technical products and industriesWe are looking for a proactive hands-on commercial generalist who enjoys combining sales, coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced environmentMulti-market experience is a plus, e.G. in industrial applications, magnets, electronics, high speed motorsConscientious and well-organized, service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to work effectively in a team, with strong communication, collaboration, and mutual support skillsFluency in English is essential.
