This position is a short-term assignment for a maternity cover starting in May/June 2026 until December/January 2026.
How will you make an impact?
Acting as the local Finance business partner to comment on, challenge and explain financial performance and providing them support in order to facilitate appropriate decision making
Being part of the local executive committee of Cartier where you will bring your insights on the operations and the strategy of the Maison for the Swiss market.
Leading the budget process in collaboration with local commercial teams and Headquarter and following-up on deviations vs plan
Partnering with other teams to address areas of improvement for processes and systems
Participating to the monthly closings and be the finance referent
How will you experience success with us?
You hold a Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field (management, marketing, economics)
You have three to five years of work experience in finance (audit or controlling)
You are agile, committed, autonomous and have a continuous improvement mindset
Your values are aligned with excellence, empathy, integrity, collaboration and courage
You are fluent in English and French. German is a strong plus.
SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint have no secret for you
Automated and digital skills are appreciated (Power Apps, Knime, Looker etc.)

The controlling team is dynamic, dedicated, always open to new ideas
You will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions, in the Swiss market and at the regional level
