Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure the availability and performance of complex, highly automated assembly lines for pen production.
2. Monitor manufacturing processes, ensure ongoing functionality, optimize, and increase OEE.
3. Develop process improvements in collaboration with the product team and value stream managers.
4. Plan and manage manufacturing and automation concepts.
5. Project management and procurement of new and modernization of existing production equipment.
6. Commissioning, qualification, and validation of production equipment.
7. Support the introduction of new processes and technologies, make technical decisions, assist in documentation, and serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
1. Completed vocational training in a production-related field and successful technical further education (FH/HF).
2. Experience in automation technology, highly automated production systems, electrical engineering, and medical device industrialization is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of lean management and root cause analysis is welcome.
4. High degree of independence, methodical approach, responsibility, and hands-on mentality.
5. Good spoken and written skills in German and English, at least B2 level.
