We’re not looking for someone to “manage operations.”
We’re looking for someone who can architect, drive, and enforce scale.
Someone who can keep up with a founder who moves fast and thinks big, while building the systems that make it all repeatable.
Someone who understands both sides of the business: the brand and the numbers, the big ideas and the execution.
If you want a safe role, this isn’t it. If you want to build something massive and be directly responsible for making it work, this is that role.
Compensation
* On Target Earnings: $200,000+ (base salary + bonus)
* Base Salary: $100,000- $120,000 based on experience
* Performance-based bonus tied to company growth
* Long-term upside tied to enterprise value creation

The Mission
Build the operational engine that turns Savvy STR Agents into a $3B company.
That means:
* Creating systems that scale agents from $0 → $20M → $50M+
* Driving predictable leads → appointments → contracts → close pipelines
* Building a company that performs at a high level without constant CEO intervention
* Turning data into decisions and decisions into execution
What This Role Is NOT
* Not a task manager
* Not an admin-heavy ops role
* Not a “keep things organized” position
