Exciting tasks
Welcoming, advising and serving agricultural customers
Supervising a small team
Managing the depot and AGRO sales point
Collaborating in synergy with the three other AGRO depots of LANDI
Planning and managing commercial campaigns
Technical-commercial visits to clients during key periods of the year, linked to major commercial campaigns
Developing and retaining customers.
Profile sought
Federal VET Diploma in agriculture or another land-based profession, and/or higher education in the field
Strong practical professional knowledge
Comfortable with administrative tasks and IT tools
Experience in a similar position and in leading a small team is an asset
Good interpersonal skills, tact and dynamism
Strong interest in advice and sales
Availability to work Saturday mornings on a rota system
Sense of responsibility, loyalty and flexibility
Driving licence required
Forklift licence is an asset.
