Ph3Product Manager and Designer – SAP Treasury /h3 pAs a Product Manager and Designer – SAP Treasury, you will oversee the development and performance of the treasury digital product and capabilities. You will coordinate and lead the team to deliver an innovative and high-quality product aligned with the digital strategy for the function and the company. The product will meet the needs of users while maintaining a close relationship with them, including existing and potential users. You will report to the Finance and Controlling Product Line Manager. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Purpose /h3 ul liAccountable for the Treasury digital product strategy, roadmap definition and communication. /li liMaximize value delivered through the product. /li liLead the Product team delivering on this product. /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and communicate the vision, ambition and product roadmap with the right Business and IT partners. /li liCollaborate with other IT product managers to ensure alignments in deliveries. /li liPrioritize the product backlog and define important metrics. /li liIdentify and support innovation opportunities related to Treasury. /li liOversee product releases; adoption and measure / improve outcome realization. /li liEnsure understanding of the team execution with the product strategy and roadmap. /li liPromote user experience, communication and change practices applicable to the product. /li /ul h3Product Management and Delivery /h3 ul liDefine and oversee the Treasury digital product vision, roadmap and product backlog. /li liGuide the team through the product discovery process to execution and delivery, aligned with the product vision and roadmap. /li liPrioritize and take decisions regarding the digital product capabilities, including features and technology upgrades. /li liCollaborate with the team to deliver needs / impacts from other product projects. /li liIdentify escalate staffing needs for the product team, cross‑product teams, functional partners and vendor partners. /li liEncourage develop an outcome‑centric mindset, to measure success and progress while promoting and ensuring maximum adoption of the product. /li liEnsure the product is built in accordance with architecture standards, information security, GDPR, other policies and with a data‑by‑design approach. /li liProvide SAP designs, customizing, testing, delivery and post‑implementation support including troubleshooting to end users across many countries. /li liProvide functional specifications for developers. /li liDeliver project plans to business stakeholders. /li liOrganize, lead, and always improve our capacity to develop digital solutions with a product mindset. /li liSupport the Finance and Controlling Product Line Manager in team member recruitment and onboarding. Coach in developing product team members by upskilling and reskilling them. /li /ul h3You have /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in computer engineering or business school or equivalent. /li li10+ years working in an IT environment or global IT projects. /li li5+ years as a Product Manager or in a lead position. /li li5+ years on SAP FI/FSCM/Treasury hands‑on experience as functional/application designer in and 3rd party interfaces (e.g., banks and government institutions) and basic FICO knowledge. /li liExperience with end‑to‑end payment processes in SAP, including understanding of payment configuration, SAP DMEEs, bank connectivity and transport management across system landscapes. /li liCustomizing experience in TRM and IHC. /li li2+ years in Business Process Design / Modelling. /li liExperience in workshop animation (design sprints, design thinking). /li li2+ years of experience managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering feedback. /li /ul h3Our Benefits /h3 ul liHealthcare support /li liRetirement plan /li liCareer development /li liBonus payment /li /ul pMultiple locations: Ashford (UK), Argenteuil (France), Avignon (France), Budapest (Hungary), Kemptthal (Switzerland), Vernier (Switzerland). /p pGivaudan is committed to equal opportunities.
