If you're money-motivated, sales-driven, highly competitive, and love helping people and traveling the country, join our talented sales team as a sales representative and RE consultant.

This position involves travel on an average of 3 weekends a month, sometimes 4. Fly out Thursday morning and fly home Sunday evening or Monday morning, depending on city and flights. There will be some follow-up and collections for your clients throughout the week. Flights and hotels are covered. Salary is a small base plus per diem for airport transportation in the event city. The compensation is highly commission-based in a high ticket sales environment. KPIs are tracked, and your performance and attitude will determine how often you are scheduled.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as accountability, are essential. There is a no negativity or drama policy. Compensation: Total compensation, including travel and commission, has a potential of $100,000+.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a team player by helping with setup and takedown before and after events.
2. Participate in ongoing real estate and sales training to keep your skills sharp.
3. Be attentive and a self-starter; laziness will not be tolerated.
4. Track sales using CRM and KPI sheets weekly.
5. Maintain good communication during and after events with your lead.
6. Develop great people skills, make friends, and build rapport.
7. Maintain a positive attitude and avoid negativity in group settings.
8. Be loyal, solution-oriented, and accountable.
9. Stay updated on all services, products, competition, and market conditions to meet customer needs.
10. Assist the company in staying informed about new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM.

Qualifications:

* Experience in high ticket, high-pressure sales.
* Willingness to travel every weekend.
* Coachable, hungry, and accountable.
* Team player capable of leading or following as needed.
* Spanish or other language skills are a plus but not required.
* Experience in commission-based positions.
* Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proven sales track record of 3-5 years.
