Overview:
Connect 44 are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT expert to manage IT-related tasks.
Primary Responsibilities: Team Management:
Lead and guide the IT team in their work.
Develop and implement work plans and goals for the IT team to ensure efficient team operation.
Project Management:
Lead and manage IT projects from requirements analysis to project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide solutions.
IT System Management:
Manage IT infrastructure of office, including network devices, access control systems, CCTV, UPS, and meeting equipment in important conference rooms.
Technical Support:
Provide high-level technical support and resolve complex IT issues.
Assist other departments in solving IT-related problems and provide technical advice.
Security Management:
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure the security of company data and information.
Job Requirements: Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in small to medium-sized enterprises.
Technical Skills:
Familiar with the management of networks, access control systems (Tyco, SIMENS, etc.), CCTV, UPS, etc.
Knowledgeable in information security management and protection measures.
Experience in project management, familiar with project management tools and methods.
Management Skills:
Excellent team leadership and management skills, able to motivate and guide team members.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.
Other Requirements:
Language: Chinese is preferred, English is fluent, optional in German.
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
Preference for candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., IT-related certificates, PMP).
