The candidate will be responsible for carrying out all configuration and development activities to the Company’s ERP and will also be responsible for the end users training and daily support for every ERP issues.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
Analyze and contribute to carry out the functional specification for new customizations requested by the business;
Configure, develop, test and deliver the new customizations;
Coordinate and contribute to the end-users training including development of system documentation and training materials;
Create the technical documentation for all customizations and integrations;
Support end users for the daily operations with ERP.
Hard Skills
High School diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
At least 2/3 years experience in developing in Microsoft 365 Dynamics BC;
Familiarity with core business processes such as accounting, distribution and manufacturing;
Knowledge of SQL Reporting Service, Qliksense will be a plus;
Fluency in English and Italian language.
