Project Portfolio Insights & Analytics Manager — Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC)

As a Project Portfolio Insights & Analytics Manager, you will influence data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing complex data sets, providing actionable insights that support strategic portfolio management, and ensuring analytics align with business objectives in the IMSC domain.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate requirements into usable reports and analytics; harness data sets to deliver meaningful business insights.
* Develop visual narratives and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools to support decision‑making at all levels of IMSC leadership.
* Provide reporting & insights across end‑to‑end portfolio attributes (health, robustness, risks, etc.), simplifying reporting and enhancing clarity.
* Collaborate with Governance and Intake leaders to provide analysis for their forums.
* Shape dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and alignment of portfolio health to strategy and execution.
* Work across levels and functions to capture feedback and improve tools and processes.
* Research and adopt new analysis tools and methods, including AI considerations, in real time.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred focus in science, engineering, IT, or business.
* Minimum 6 years in analytics or related field.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
* Strong problem‑solving and constraint‑identification skills.
* Ability to synthesize large volumes of finance, process, and technical information into cogent recommendations.
* Preferred: Experience with Planisware or related PPM tools; familiarity with data architecture; understanding of IMSC models and tools; experience with portfolio/project management decision making.
* Demonstrated financial acumen with data‑driven decision making.
