Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of Client IT support to internal and external customers as a member of the Services team in Information Technology and Services.
2. Monitor incidents, service requests, and team mailbox.
3. Provide 2nd level IT support remotely or in person, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
4. Support virtual meetings.
5. Staff the bank's "Service Bars" and assist customers face-to-face.
6. Handle client hardware installations, repairs, staging, configurations, and disposal.
7. Manage IT Client Hardware including stock, lifecycle, warranty, and inventory.
8. Maintain device wiping procedures and collaborate on disposal activities.
9. Conduct application software testing and support printing services.
10. Assist with network, server, and client updates, moves, and configuration tasks.
11. Support mobile devices and multi-functional printers.
12. Proactively update knowledge base articles.
13. Coordinate with external service providers and support during high-level meetings outside normal hours.
14. Provide on-call and on-site support as needed, including VIP/Senior Management support and assisting the 1st level team.
Must haves:
1. Experience in IT client hardware support.
2. Experience with virtual meeting support, hardware repairs, staging, and installations.
3. Willingness to provide support outside normal hours.
4. Ability to monitor and analyze performance against service levels.
5. Experience with incident, request, and problem management processes.
6. Knowledge of ITIL standards.
7. CompTIA A+ certification.
8. Experience with Active Directory.
