The successful candidate will support the Content Insights project by enhancing content performance and insights through improved taxonomy and tagging. They will help onboard new brands and countries, working with systems such as Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo. Their focus will be across the following key areas:
- Ensures all content is correctly and consistently tagged according to agreed standards.
- Identifies and fixes any tagging issues, and recommend improvements to make tagging faster and easier in the future.
- Confirms requirements for expanding the tagging system (taxonomy) to cover new platforms or channels.
- Checks if data and systems are prepared for expansion and make necessary updates if needed.
- Works with the Marketing Technology team to finalize training plans.
- Provides all necessary inputs to complete the dashboard and manage updates to tagging rules and structures.
- Completes and launches the content performance dashboard.
- Ensures the dashboard is user-friendly, with complete, accurate, and analysis-ready data.
- Sets up regular reviews of the content dashboard to ensure it stays relevant and accurate.
- Uses dashboard insights to learn, improve, and recommend short- and medium-term actions.
- Plans for future enhancements, such as adding campaign views, connecting data models, and integrating dashboards into a single system.

In order to be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have:
- Successfully completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content insights and taxonomy development.
- Strong understanding of content tagging and taxonomy principles.
- At least 2 years of experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo.
- Fluency in English (written and oral); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with MarTech tools, platforms, and processes.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and risk mitigation.
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral).
