B2B Business Development Manager (Cosmetics / Aesthetics)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B Business Development Manager to drive our business development efforts in the cosmetics and/or medical aesthetics industry. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and operational execution, with a strong focus on driving business through active distributor management, international travel, and hands-on market engagement.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key industry stakeholders, ensuring market expansion, sales growth, and long-term brand success across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by actively managing and supporting distributors in international markets.
* Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
* Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities in the aesthetics sector.
* Travel frequently to meet distributors, attend industry congresses, and build relationships with partners.
* Lead pricing, positioning, and product strategy in collaboration with internal teams.
* Monitor performance, budgets, and forecasts; ensure sales and profitability targets are met.
* Build strong relationships with key clients, KOLs, and industry influencers to strengthen partnerships.
* Direct and support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and congress participation.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments.
Qualifications & Experience
* Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 7 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in the pharmaceutical / medical device / cosmetics / aesthetics industry.
* Proven track record in B2B business development and distributor management.
* Strong experience in managing budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
