Database Administrator A Swiss based company in the financial sector is searching for a DBA to strengthen their team.
What you’ll do Further develop the PostgreSQL database landscape.
Migration from other database technologies to PostgreSQL.
Support automation, performance analysis, scripting, monitoring and logging across the database stack.
What you bring Strong hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL administration.
Solid skills in automation and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, or similar).
Very good German skills (spoken and written) and the ability to work with technical documentation in English.
Nice to have Experience with administration and migration of other relational databases (e.g. Oracle).
Familiarity with configuration management / automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins).
