We are looking for a
Junior or Mid-Level Cinema 4D Visualisation Artist
to join our creative team and help shape how Scott Sports products are presented to the world through
photorealistic images and animations.
This role sits at the intersection of
3D, photography and filmmaking —except your camera, studio and lighting live in the digital world.
The Role You will work on the creation of
high-end, 3D visualizations and animations
for Scott Sports products, including:
Mountain, gravel and road bikes
Running shoes
Winter sports
Helmets, accessories and technical sports equipment
The output ranges from
clean, technical visualisations to highly creative imagery and animations, used across marketing, communication, web and internal media.
What You Will Do
Create photorealistic still images and animations using Cinema 4D and Redshift
Assemble and prepare 3D data, including model setup, scene organisation and optimisation
Build realistic materials and textures
Design scenes and set up lighting with a strong photographic mindset
Apply composition, framing and storytelling principles inspired by photography and filmmaking
Produce both technical visualisations and creative marketing imagery
Handle post‑production for images and animations using Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, marketing and creative teams
Experiment, learn and continuously improve your craft
Who You Are
Passionate about sports and performance products (bikes, running, winter sports, outdoor gear)
Genuinely enthusiastic about 3D graphics and visual storytelling
Creative, curious and detail‑oriented
You think like a photographer or filmmaker, even when working in 3D
Comfortable receiving feedback and motivated to grow
Able to balance creativity with technical precision and deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Cinema 4D
Experience with Redshift (or equivalent production renderer)
Good understanding of 3D scene assembly, material creation, photorealistic lighting, composition and camera work, and basic animation principles
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere
Good eye for detail, lighting, materials and overall visual quality
Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
Nice to Have (Plus)
Experience with Adobe Substance (Painter / Designer)
Knowledge of poly‑modelling or Alias
Experience with AI tools applied to creative workflows
Background or education in 3D design, industrial design, visual communication or similar fields
