Main responsabilities : You will lead a team of developers, driving design, development, and governance using your sound technical expertise and leadership skills.Team Leader Responsibilities :
1. Transparent and through communication skills
2. Lead and manage team activities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Regular planning review and priorities of resources
4. Management of allocated budget
5. Ensure the timely delivery of assigned projects, meeting quality, cost, and bank standards.
6. Provide 3rd and 2nd level support for applications within the team's responsibility, ensuring their reliability and performance
Technical Leader Responsibilities :
7. Define, design, and deliver enhancements to existing applications in alignment with the defined roadmap, considering capacity, criticality, and benefits for the Bank.
8. Conduct regular reviews of produced deliverables, both automatic and manual, to assess compliance levels and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
9. Generate detailed management reports on the state of development framework, highlighting compliance with defined rules.
10. Actively participate in the technical architecture design and contribute to the Global Tech Lead Committee, evaluating the impact of other technical initiatives .
11. Provide coaching and mentoring to developers, offering proper training and ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.
Profile :
12. Bachelor in IT or equivalent
13. Experience in a similar position
