We retain clients through our service quality and to strengthen our teams in response to the growing demand from our clientele, we are looking for a 360° Assistant/Manager (m/f) for our Nyon agency.Your mission:- Technical support to the Agency Manager in all responsibilities (agency permanence and central telephone).- Various management and technical tasks related to property management and condominiums, including general meetings, taking and drafting minutes (some evening sessions possible).- Actively participate in the management of vacant units, apartment visits, and related objects.- Responsible for drafting descriptions of apartments and related objects, including annexes and corresponding amendments.- Maintain the inventory of apartments and objects with our management services.- Written and oral communication with co-owners, craftsmen, suppliers, offices, and concierges.Profile of the candidate sought:- CFC of commerce employee (ideally in real estate management) or equivalent qualification.- Successful experience in a similar role in Switzerland with a minimum of 3 years of experience.- Good knowledge of IT tools, particularly MS-Office; experience with GARAIO REM X is a plus; a valid driver's license is essential.- Perfect command of the French language; knowledge of English is an advantage and a priority.- Pleasant personality, dynamic and proactive temperament with good resilience.We offer:- A dynamic and motivating professional environment in a constantly developing company.- The possibility to expand your knowledge and fully realize yourself.- Support within the framework of internal training, performance, dynamism, and qualities of spirit that drive our team.If you also share these values, we would be delighted to review your application.Start date: immediately or to be discussed. jida274ff0aen jit0521aen jpiy26aen
