Here, you'll advise local and international companies as they expand in Switzerland, using your technical expertise to guide them through Swiss accounting standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
The Bern office plays a key role as the Swiss delivery centre, so you'll get real influence, variety, and direct client exposure from day one. Bern, the capital of Switzerland, offers an international culture and great lifestyle, but with a lower cost of living and tax rate than the more well‑known Zurich and Geneva.
* Fast‑track progression. We're looking for an experienced audit senior who can become a Manager within the next 6-12 months
* Work with global Swiss and international clients. You'll support companies from Switzerland, the USA, and more, building great international accounting expertise.
* More than audits. You'll lead client engagements but also advise on US GAAP, IFRS, and tax structuring - no getting stuck on repetitive audit cycles
* Swiss CPA support + benefits. Full support to qualify as a Swiss CPA, generous PTO (25 days + public holidays annually), and an annual bonus worth between 1-3 months' salary equivalent.
What you'll be doing
* Leading audit engagements for both international and local companies
* Managing relationships with clients across manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, FMCG, and more
* Support associates as they begin their careers in accounting by providing mentoring and training
What you'll need
* 4+ years of experience in external audit
* Interest in working with international clients and navigating multi‑country issues
* Fluent in both German and English
* A Swiss or EU passport, or an existing visa (such as a B or C permit). Unfortunately, sponsorship for non‑EU/Swiss nationals is not available under any circumstances
