This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of how Revnuu and its clients are visually and narratively expressed across every touchpoint. /p pThe Creative Director will bring an industrial design foundation and direct experience working with science and engineering companies. The role requires the rare capacity to translate complex innovation into compelling, accessible narratives without flattening scientific credibility. /p pYou will lead our in‑house creative team, set the standard for every deliverable, and act as the principal liaison with our external creative design partner studios and collaborators across Europe. You will work side by side with the Founder and the strategy team to ensure that every piece of work Revnuu produces meets the bar we set for our clients. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLead the creative direction of all Revnuu client engagements, from brand strategy and identity through to website, pitch deck, video, and event design. /li liTranslate complex scientific and engineering propositions into clear, compelling visual and narrative systems that resonate with technical buyers, investors, and partners. /li liSet and uphold the creative bar across every deliverable, from internal QA through to client presentation. /li liLead, mentor, and develop the in‑house creative team, including designers and creative coordinators. /li liAct as the principal liaison with our external creative design partner studios and collaborators, ensuring quality, consistency, and commercial alignment across distributed work. /li liPartner with the Founder and the strategy team on new business pitches, contributing creative direction to win‑stage work. /li liBuild and maintain the Revnuu creative system, including internal standards, processes, and templates that allow the team to scale without losing quality. /li liContribute to the evolution of Revnuu’s own brand and creative positioning. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liSenior creative leader with a minimum of 6 years of experience, including direct creative direction at agency or in‑house level. /li liFoundational training and demonstrated capability in industrial design. /li liDirect experience working with science, engineering, or deep tech companies, with a portfolio that shows clear translation of complex propositions into commercial narratives. /li liComfortable across the full creative stack: brand strategy, visual identity, narrative, web, motion, print, environmental, and product. /li liProven ability to manage both in‑house creative teams and external studio partnerships, balancing creative ambition with commercial pragmatism. /li liStrong communicator across creative, scientific, and commercial audiences. Comfortable in the room with founders, scientists, and investors. /li liFluent English. German, French, or another European language is an advantage. /li liBased in or willing to relocate to Basel.
