We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to join our logistics and e-commerce operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, data recording, and anomaly management throughout the warehouse and return handling processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control & Anomaly Management
Conduct quality inspections for e-commerce returns, outbound shipments, and transfer orders;
Monitor and correct system, packaging, and shipping anomalies;
Verify the accuracy of orders, parcels, and inventory data;
Implement and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain process quality.
2. Data Recording & Analysis
Register return items and perform stock inventory checks;
Operate PDA devices and warehouse systems for scanning, sorting, and data updates;
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries to support management decisions.
3. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
Assist inbound, outbound and daily operations in warehouse;
Plan material orders and personnel requirements to ensure smooth warehouse operations;
Communicate and coordinate effectively with the China-based team on cross-border operational and data matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred;
Fluent in Chinese and Italian; proficiency in English is preferred;
Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or quality control roles is an advantage;
Proficiency in PDA devices, Excel, and warehouse management systems (WMS);
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
Reliable, proactive, and capable of working in a team environment;
Ability to work efficiently under dynamic operational conditions.
