We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager.
Your main responsibilities:
* Client responsibility for the Swiss market, including Swiss large corporates, global multinationals and SMEs, with a focus on on-site visits, credit assessments, and due diligence including KYC.
* Extensive experience in the commodity sector, combined with expertise and strong competencies in trade finance, will be preferred.
* Anticipate customer needs and propose tailor- made solutions across all Corporate Banking product lines.
* Establish and nurture long term global relationships with key level decision-makers of Swiss Corporates (Board Members, CEO, CFO and Treasurers).
* Prepare credit ratings, credit proposals and business applications; while monitoring ratings, limits, and customer information in the bank's New Generation IT System.
* Act as the first line of defense for sound risk management within CCB Switzerland, regularly reviewing financial performance and budget achievement.
* Leverage CCB networks and Group expertise for the benefit of both the Group and Swiss corporates.
Your qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage.
* Team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural, international environment.
