Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute test plans and test cases for field devices and intelligent actuators.
* Perform connectivity, functional, system, network, and data integrity testing; support user acceptance testing.
* Develop test strategies and implement test automation.
* Oversee the test environment and processes.
* Evaluate new testing methodologies and tools.
* Manage test activities using Agile Scrum as part of an ART.
* Collaborate closely with testing teams, system architects, firmware engineers, product managers, and other teams.
* Opportunity to assume additional responsibilities over time based on interest and availability.
Your Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
* Three or more years’ experience with test methodologies and execution.
* Solid understanding of software architecture foundations and comprehensive knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
* Programming experience in C#, Python, and test‑tool programming languages.
* Experience in building automation or the SCADA domain and related protocols (BACnet, Modbus, WLAN, RF (Thread, BT‑Low Energy), KNX, etc.) is advantageous.
* Creative, fast‑paced, teamwork‑orientated, and eager to embrace new challenges.
* Interest in professional growth toward the role of Test Professional.
* Proficiency in German and English.
