We are seeking a visionary Creative Marketing Strategist to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive measurable business results.
You will blend strategic thinking with creativity, identifying opportunities to engage target audiences across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand vision.
Lead ideation sessions to generate innovative campaign concepts for digital, social, content, and experiential marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product, sales) to bring campaigns to life.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform strategy and ensure messaging resonates.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, using insights to refine creative strategies.
Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and technologies, introducing innovative approaches where relevant.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
Support brand storytelling initiatives and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or creative campaign planning.
Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and design sensibilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms).
Experience with content creation, social media strategy, and campaign performance analysis.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; German and/or French proficiency is an advantage.
Experience in Swiss and European markets preferred.
