The Role of a Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to develop and manage our channel sales within the North East region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth within the region.
* Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with resellers to maximize sales opportunities.
* Maintain and develop top and developing account lists, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
* Manage and report on the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales or a related role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Technical background or experience in a sales role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Sales professionals must be willing to travel as needed for work, with an estimated travel need of 50-70% of the time. They should also possess proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
