What You Will Do
As a Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data and AI transformation projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining Data & AI Strategies
* Leading engagements in areas such as Data Strategy, AI Use Cases, Governance & Operating Models, and AI Adoption & Change Management.
* Translating business challenges into scalable AI and data solutions.
Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams
* Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful projects.
* Ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.
* Coaching and developing junior consultants to grow their expertise in data-driven transformation.
Driving Business Development
* Strengthening relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
* Supporting the expansion of Artefact in Switzerland by contributing to client acquisition and market penetration.
* Crafting compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.
Delivering High-Impact Projects
* Structuring problem-solving approaches for business challenges.
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from strategy definition to implementation.
* Ensuring the successful adoption of data and AI solutions by client teams.
Contributing to Thought Leadership & Internal Growth
* Becoming an expert in one or more areas (AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI for Finance, Data Marketing, etc.).
* Developing and delivering trainings for both internal teams and clients.
* Representing Artefact at industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives (articles, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).
* Supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, knowledge management, and innovation.
Who You Are
✔ 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation.
✔ Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes.
✔ Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
✔ Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions.
✔ Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔ Strong communication skills in French and English (German is a plus).
✔ Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office.
