Job Description
* Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
* Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
* Oversee payroll coordination, time tracking, and benefits administration
* Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
* Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
* Collaborate with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, legal advisors, training providers)
* Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
* Drive HR process improvements and contribute to organizational culture and engagement
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in HR operations, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in French and German or Swiss German
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* HR certification or relevant academic background preferred
