Requirements
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior Legal leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation of agendas and materials
* Handle correspondence, travel, expenses and document management
* Support contract and document workflows, coordinate signatures and maintain electronic repositories
* Assist with engagement, learning and communication activities including trainings, newsletters and internal events
* Maintain distribution lists, onboarding materials and SharePoint/Teams structures
* Act as a point of contact for facility and IT requests and manage mail, courier shipments and general admin tasks
* Contribute to process improvements within Legal Operations
Competences
* Several years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal department or law firm
* Strong communication skills and experience working in multicultural, international teams
* Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoom and SharePoint; tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
* Discretion, proactive mindset and a service-oriented approach
* Fluent in English; good German skills are a plus
