Role
Your role at Clorox: In this role, you will: Litigation & Human Resources — General Legal Support • Work with Legal Services leadership, other attorneys and staff on general legal matters and special projects as defined by team/manager • Administrative Support: Handle the invoice administrative process in connection with the professional services expenses and manage the registration of new vendors supporting the Team.
What we look for
* 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal; prior experience working as a litigation paralegal for a law firm or a publicly-traded company.
* Team player with strong interpersonal relationships; ability to interrelate politely, with respect and professionalism, in an international and multicultural environment.
* Excellent planning, execution and organizational skills, time management and analytical skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to work on administrative matters related to Marketing Communications and Litigation matters with oversight of more senior attorneys.
* Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve critical legal issues in real time; ability to accurately read, draft and understand basic legal terms. Argumentative writing skills are valued.
* Understanding of business processes and how they interact with legal processes.
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Strong decision making and problem solving skills; sound computer skills; strong verbal and written English; willingness to learn new topics and deal with unfamiliar issues.
