Champion process excellence and support the optimisation of HR workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Actively promote a strong organisational culture during a period of transformation and accelerated growth.
Guide leaders through change management initiatives, fostering transparency, communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in a progressive HR Business Partner or Generalist role within a dynamic and international environment.
Proven ability to influence at senior leadership level, with a track record of driving people strategies that support business growth.
Strong background in key HR disciplines including talent management, employee engagement, performance and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
