Job Description
The Tax Manager is expected to handle the following:
* Tax efficiency and risks management
* Tax efficiency through restructuring, liquidations, refinancing.
* Tax efficiency in M&A/business development
* Tax audits management
* Oversight of tax risks in local operations
* Accuracy of Transfer pricing documentation
* Review of intercompany transactions including financing
The Successful Applicant
The Tax Manager Candidates Should Present The Following
* Advanced qualification in Accounting/Finance, Tax
* 8+ years experience working in Big 4 and in-house tax
* Full English working proficiency
* Team player mentality, strong sense of responsibility
