About Our Client

Job Description
* Ensure smooth and compliant payroll and HR administration for around 1000 employees at the main site and affiliated entities
* Handle all payroll-relevant and insurance-related activities, including coordination with social security institutions, authorities, and external partners
* Manage year-end payroll processes and statutory reporting
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding social insurance, withholding tax, pension fund, time management, and related topics
* Participate in cross-functional projects such as the development of HR KPIs, statistics, and reports
* Actively contribute to the optimization of payroll processes, systems, and interfaces (SAP HCM)
* Ensure high service quality, compliance, and data accuracy at all times
The Successful Applicant
* Completed further education in payroll administration or social insurance (mandatory)
* Several years of experience in a similar payroll function, preferably within an international organization
* Very strong knowledge of SAP HCM and solid understanding of HR-related processes and system interfaces
* Service-oriented, hands-on personality with a proactive, structured, and precise working style
* Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills; French is an advantage
* Ability to coordinate stakeholders and work independently in a complex environment
