Description de poste For one of our clients, an Audit and Advisory firm based in Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for an AUDIT MANAGER Job description Manage a portfolio of national and international clients Lead and coordinate audit engagements, with a strong focus on IFRS standards Supervise the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements under Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS Handle complex and judgmental accounting topics Plan and organise audit missions (risk assessment, budgeting, timelines, quality control) Lead special audit assignments (e.g. capital increases, company formations, specific mandates) Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting and financial reporting matters Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the year Supervise, coach and develop junior team members Contribute to the growth and development of the audit practice Promote internal methodologies, tools and best practices Required profile Swiss Certified Audit Expert (or equivalent) 6 to 10 years of experience in external audit, including initial managerial exposure Strong expertise in IFRS, with good knowledge of Swiss CO and/or Swiss GAAP FER Proven experience auditing consolidated financial statements Ability to analyse and challenge complex accounting issues independently Experience managing international clients and multiple audit engagements Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical, organisational and communication abilities Fluent in French with a professional level of English Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analytics tools is a plus Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment All files will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
