The Role
As our Student Services & Housing Coordinator, you will be the primary architect of the student arrival experience. Balancing meticulous administrative back‑office support with high‑touch customer service, you will ensure our students transition smoothly into Geneva life. This position is designed for a bilingual organizer who thrives in a multicultural environment and can excel at the following responsibilities:
Housing Operations & Property Liaison
* Act as the strategic right hand to the Housing Manager, managing the back‑office ecosystem (contracts, leases, and digital/physical archiving).
* Facilitate seamless transitions during peak intake periods, including key handovers, entry/departure inspections, and agency coordination.
* Manage formal correspondence, including official university letters, student warning letters, and compliance documents for real estate partners.
Student Advisory & Third‑Party Relations
* Serve as the first point of contact for newly enrolled students, providing expert guidance on private flat bookings and Geneva’s housing market.
* Maintain and cultivate relationships with third‑party housing providers to expand options for our student body.
* Manage the "Welcome Journey," answering queries regarding daily life in Geneva and Swiss administrative procedures.
Student Affairs Integration
* Support the Student Affairs Officer on diverse projects aimed at integrating international students into the EU Business School community.
* Act as a reliable back‑up for Student Affairs functions, ensuring departmental continuity.
Your Profile
* Prior experience in customer‑facing or administrative roles (Student Services, Real Estate, or Hospitality preferred).
* Professional fluency in both English & French is essential. Additional languages are a distinct advantage.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a knack for organized digital record‑keeping.
* Exceptional time management and the ability to work autonomously while remaining a proactive team player. Possess the "Swiss touch" for detail and professional etiquette.
Our Benefits

* Compelling Compensation: CHF 37,500 per year, paid in 13 installments.
* Contract: Permanent, Part‑time (20 hours per week) offering long‑term stability.
