Tasks
Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product recommendations
Train and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment
Support merchandising efforts by organizing product displays and maintaining visual standards
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the apparel and fashion industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
German language FLUENT, english B2 any other additional language it's a strong asset
