Responsibilities
* Engage with our complex software systems and contribute to the development of the next software generation.
* Design sustainable software architecture with your experience and process-oriented mindset.
* Work effectively on both backend and frontend, implementing requirements efficiently.
* Assist in bringing our innovative construction project management software online.
Qualifications
* Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Swiss SME.
* Experience developing process-oriented web and cloud solutions for business clients.
* Strong knowledge of fullstack technologies: C#, .NET 8, EF Core, React (JS/TS), Docker, GitLab Pipelines.
* Team-oriented with empathy, contributing actively to team goals and spirit.
* Enjoyment of work and celebrating team successes.
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in German (spoken and written), good English skills.
* Professional and confident demeanor.
