As part of your diverse responsibilities, you will be in charge of the entire management and the financial success of this store. This means that besides staff management and scheduling, the focal points of your responsibilities will also include the attainment of the store's sales or revenue goals. Moreover, you and your team will ensure the optimum and seasonally adequate merchandise assortment and structure as well as the presentation of the brand. The provision of leadership, the motivation and coordination of your in-store associates team will be just as much a part of your job profile as the ascertainment of optimum customer service.
Required experience and skills Successfully completed a commercial retail apprenticeship or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in an executive position in the fashion retail industry
Proficient EDP skills (MS Office)
Good command of English and German to mother-tongue standard
Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
Excellent customer service skills and a positive personality
Strong communication skills and a level of managerial competency
