Nanosurf is a fast-growing innovator in the nanotechnology market. We develop, manufacture and market state-of-the-art scanning probe microscopes for imaging and manipulation of surfaces at the nanometer range. We work at the limit of what is physically possible and develop all the mechanical, electronic, optical and software components necessary for best-in-class instruments.
* Develop and run exciting marketing campaigns to promote our AFM products for academia and industry.
* Use tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to set up, track, and analyze campaign performance, making smart decisions based on data.
* Play a key role in our scientific communication, working closely with our technical experts in the applications team. Together, you'll create compelling content about AFM, its applications, and our latest breakthroughs for both academic and industrial audiences (like white papers, blog and social media posts, case studies, and website content). Craft engaging materials across digital platforms (website, social media, email, video).
* Participate in management of our social media channels to grow our community and online presence.
* Keep an eye on market trends and identify new opportunities.
* Work closely with our applications and sales teams to ensure our marketing hits the mark.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g. Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Engineering, or similar) and ideally additional education or certification in Marketing, Communications or Business.
* Alternatively: A degree in Marketing or Business with demonstrable experience in relevant high-tech so scientific environment.
* A background in science or engineering, ideally with knowledge of Atomic Force Microscopy or similar technologies is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in marketing, especially in technical or scientific products in the field of microscopy, nanotechnology or instrumentation.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and campaign management.
* Hands-on experience with marketing tools, especially HubSpot and Google Analytics, for creating and analyzing marketing campaigns.
* Strong scientific communication and writing skills – you can explain complex AFM concepts clearly and engagingly.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* You're a creative thinker who can produce great marketing content.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with scientific publishing.
* Skills in graphic design and/or video editing software.
