For our Geneva agency, we are looking for a: GE - Technical Manager Commercial Real Estate Your missions: Accompanied by a management assistant, you ensure optimal technical maintenance and management of the commercial buildings under management, in the interest of the owners and for the comfort of the tenants. To do this, you will perform the following tasks: Ensure smooth communication with the management assistant, organize the distribution of the workload, guarantee the quality of work and adherence to deadlines, Conduct preliminary, entry, and exit inspections, and ensure follow-up, Maintain contact with owner representatives for technical issues and participate in meetings, Be the main point of contact for concierges and Facility Management services, define their specifications, and ensure follow-up on technical issues and written communications, Establish work orders, monitor their execution, and ensure corresponding follow-ups, Carry out and/or supervise routine maintenance work and ensure financial follow-up, Manage claims, Ensure the implementation and follow-up of maintenance and service contracts, Oversee or coordinate renovation or adaptation work for properties (commercial premises, buildings), Ensure compliance of buildings according to evolving standards and regulations, Establish building budgets and ensure cost monitoring, Produce various reports and technical reports to property owners. Profile: You can demonstrate a successful experience in property management in Switzerland of at least 5 years and have a good knowledge of building techniques, You hold a diploma or certificate in commercial or building technology and have completed further training in real estate (Immobase / Immotechnique), You master the monitoring of works, claims, and related aspects of the role, You are comfortable with rigorous tasks and ensure precise and structured follow-up on your files, With excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate integrity and can manage a variety of stakeholders professionally, You maintain regular and quality contact with clients (owners, tenants), ensuring proactive follow-up, You have excellent organizational skills and enjoy interacting with clients and companies, You are comfortable with tools (Word, Excel) and have worked with Quorum and/or Garaio-Rem software, You express yourself perfectly in French and have a good command of English, You demonstrate autonomy and show excellent judgement.
