Technical Recruiter (Part-time)
Kandou is looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter P/T to support hiring across our sites. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and screening top tech talent, helping us build high‑performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract candidates for technical roles (e.g., SW/HW engineers, analog engineers, etc.)
* Review CVs and portfolios to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
* Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
* Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
* Stay informed on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech sector.
* Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology (e.g., front-end, back-end, analog).
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in recruiting for engineering roles.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn search and advanced sourcing techniques.
* Experience working in a scale‑up.
* CIPD qualification of equivalent.
